Liam and Noel Gallagher share a kiss on the lips as they declare ‘I know my brother better than anybody else’ in Oasis video that reveals their restored bond

Noel and Liam Gallagher showed that their relationship has recovered nicely by sharing a video showcasing their bond alongside the announcement of Oasis’ comeback concerts.

The Gallagher brothers announced on Tuesday that they are reuniting their iconic band and playing four major shows at Wembley before embarking on a UK tour next summer.

After weeks of mounting speculation about a comeback, the Manchester stars have finally ended their 15-year feud and announced they will be performing together again, 34 years after they first performed.

The band posted a video announcing the event on social media, which has since been viewed eight million times, with the emotional caption: “This is it, this is happening.”

Noel and Liam Gallagher proved their relationship is well and truly on the mend by sharing a video focusing on their bond alongside the announcement of Oasis’ comeback concerts

The video featured footage from the band’s iconic performances in the ’90s and ’00s, as well as home videos of backstage moments.

Focusing on the troubled relationship between Noel, 57, and Liam, 54, over the past 30 years, Noel is heard saying in a voiceover: “He and I are like telepathic, you know what I mean? I know my brother better than anyone.”

Liam adds: “When both come together, you have greatness.”

Speaking about images of the huge crowds at Oasis’ gigs, the brothers declared: ‘We made people feel something that was indescribable. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.’

The video ends with the words, “This is it, this is happening. People will never, ever forget how you make them feel.”

Wednesday marks 15 years since Noel said goodbye to Oasis ‘with great relief’, after a row backstage in Paris. He said: ‘I just couldn’t work with Liam another day.’

The Britpop group formed in the 1990s and rose to fame with hits such as Wonderwall, Don’t Look Back In Anger and Stop Crying Your Heart Out. grown into one of the biggest bands in British music history.

But Noel and Liam’s relationship has kept them in the spotlight long after their hits were written.

After 15 years of feuds and runaways, Oasis split during their final concert in Paris – Rock En Seine – after yet another backstage altercation.

According to reports, an argument broke out during which Liam swung Noel’s guitar around like an axe.

For the duo, this was the last straw: the show was cancelled, along with the rest of the tour.

The reunion follows Noel’s £20million divorce from ex-wife Sara MacDonald last year, with the elder Gallagher reportedly convinced of the financial benefits of reforming the band.

It is no coincidence that the brothers’ relationship thaws and that Noel is single. Liam is not a fan of Sara, whom Noel married two years after Oasis split in 2009.

Liam gave a sneak preview of the iconic Britpop band’s reunion during his headline performance at Reading Festival on Sunday. He and his older brother, 57, then revealed they would announce the reunion at 8am on Tuesday, after a cryptic and identical message was shared on their social media accounts.

During his headline performance in Reading, Liam performed a number of Oasis hits from their 30th anniversary debut album Definitely Maybe.

Introducing Half The World Away, a 1994 B-side that also served as the theme song for the sitcom The Royle Family, he told the revellers: ‘I want to dedicate this song to Noel f**king Gallagher.’

Liam continued to keep fans guessing by dedicating his version of Cigarettes & Alcohol at Reading Festival to people who hate Oasis.

The song, written by his older brother, was the final single from their 1994 debut album Definitely Maybe.

Oasis have been promised a £50 million reward to reform the group and embark on a world tour.

The staggering sum is said to have convinced feuding brothers Noel and Liam to bury the hatchet, 15 years after they last shared the stage together.

Despite speculation that Oasis will be on the Glastonbury 2025 bill, it is known that the band will not be performing at Worthy Farm. However, there are plans for Oasis to tour other continents outside of Europe later next year.

Oasis’ website crashed immediately after the announcement as fans went into an uproar.

Tickets for the hit series Don’t Look Back In Anger go on sale in the UK from 9am on 31st August. Tickets for Dublin go on sale from 8am on the same day.

Oasis fans have declared it ‘the bloodbath of the century’ and have vowed to ‘go to war’ to get their hands on them. Others are furious that it will be a complete ‘free-for-all’, as there appear to be no pre-sale links and it is just one big general sale.
