In fourth place was Anne-Marie and fifth was Ed Sheeran, who lost two places compared to last year.
Other artists who made the Top 10 included KSI, The Rolling Stones and Calvin Harris.
Lewis has taken time out of the spotlight after dropping out all 24 of his upcoming shows for his Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent tour in June, just days after struggling to finish his headline set at Glastonbury.
He said on social media that it was “clear” that he needs to spend “much more time getting his mental and physical health in order”, labeling the decision as “the most difficult of his life”.
He wrote: 'Hello everyone. First of all I'd like to thank Glastonbury for having me there, for singing along when I needed it and for all the great messages afterwards. It really means the world.
“The fact that this probably won't come as a surprise doesn't make writing any easier, but I'm very sorry to let you know that I'll be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future.
'I used to enjoy every second of these kinds of shows and I had hoped that I would get out of it after three weeks.

Tough: Lewis took to his Instagram in June to apologize to his fans and announce he was taking a break, saying it wasn't 'easy to write'
'But the truth is that I am still learning to adapt to the impact of my Tourette's and on Saturday it became clear that I need to spend a lot more time getting my mental and physical health in order so that I can continue to do everything I love. for a long time.'
'I know I am incredibly fortunate to be able to take some time off when others cannot, and I would like to thank my wonderful family, friends, team, medical professionals and all of you who have been so supportive every step of the way through the good times and even more so during this past year when I needed it more than ever.”
“I'm terribly sorry to anyone who was planning on coming to a show before the end of the year, but I need to feel good to perform at the level you all deserve.
“Playing for you every night is all I've ever dreamed of, so this has been the hardest decision of my life. I'll be back as soon as possible. Always my love, Lewis.
During his Glastonbury performance, Lewis became emotional when he began to lose his voice during the performance, prompting him to apologize to the audience – who then helped him finish his songs in heartwarming footage that quickly went viral.
The musician had already taken three weeks off for his performance on Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage, but recently admitted that this wasn't enough and that he was 'still learning to adapt to the impact of my Tourette'.
Lewis has been open about his struggles with Tourette's disease, a neurological condition characterized by a combination of involuntary sounds and movements called tics that can cause speech and voice abnormalities.
Others said the 'very moving' performance will 'go down in history' while helping to raise awareness of the condition.
