Letter: Obituary of Charles Ilsley

It was so good to see Charles Ilsley recognized in Other Lives. Sixteen years ago I suffered a massive heart attack around midnight and was sent to Harefield Hospital in West London, where I immediately had two stents inserted, thanks to Harefield’s 24-hour primary angioplasty service, developed by Ilsley, its Clinical Director . Hours later I was sitting up in bed reading the Observer.
