Leon Black’s Down Syndrome prosecutor says he sent private investigators to her home and to her parents’ home after she filed a lawsuit
The woman with Down syndrome accuses Leon Black of raping her as a teenager, says he sent private investigators to her home and to her parents’ home after she filed her lawsuit against him.
The woman, who has not been publicly named, is suing Black over an alleged assault she says took place at Jeffrey Epstein’s home in 2002. She filed her lawsuit anonymously, under the name of Jane Doe, on July 25 of this year.
Two days later, she says a woman is parked in front of her house in an SUV. The vehicle only left after she called the police.
On Aug. 7, Jane Doe says her parents were then visited by two men claiming to be Florida fraud investigators.
They visited the house with cheesecake in hopes of being invited inside for coffee, the legal claims.
This photo, taken by the rape prosecutor, shows who she believes is a private investigator hired by Leon Black in an SUV outside her home on July 27, two days after she filed her lawsuit. She says the woman in the car didn’t drive off until she called the police
Leon Black denied the woman’s allegations and claimed he never met her
Once inside, it turned out that they had pictures of Jane Doe’s child from when the child was much younger.
They also bombarded the couple with questions about Jane Doe’s medical history and childhood, and taped the entire encounter.
The next day, the same detectives visited Jane Doe’s aunt and attempted to interview her as well.
She called Jane Doe and then told the men to leave, according to the report.

One of Jane Doe’s friends was also contacted by the same detectives.
In the filing, Jane Doe’s attorney, Jeanne Christensen, says the tactics are similar to those used by Black to challenge another rape case.
In that case, brought by former receptionist Cheri Pierson, Christensen says Black’s investigators put together a file of evidence against her that he then presented to the court.
The information “had absolutely nothing to do with Black’s legal defense against the civil claims filed against him” and was entirely about her past, Christensen said.
In response to the charges, Black’s representatives told DailyMail.com that the allegations are an attempt to further defame him.
“This motion is a cynical and melodramatic attempt by Wigdor (Jane Doe’s law firm) to divert attention from his unethical misconduct directed at Mr. Black.
“The truth is we have not asked the court to disclose Jane Doe’s identity and we do not intend to do so,” said his attorney Susan Enrich.
They also claim that Jane Doe “never left home at 16” and “has a history of making up stories and diagnoses.”
They also refute her original claim that she was trafficked by a mysterious woman named ‘Elizabeth’.
The woman says the investigators came from SIC Inc, a company registered in Florida. Their website is shown
‘There is no Svengali “Elizabeth”; and that Jane Doe never met Mr. Black and there was no attack.
‘Mrs. Christensen knows that the Wigdor firm is about to be exposed for using Jane Doe to spread lies about Mr. Black in her campaign to destroy him.
‘Mr. Black intends to hold Wigdor fully responsible for his wrongful conduct.’
A judge granted Jane Doe’s request to remain anonymous throughout the proceedings.
SIC, the Florida private investigators, did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s questions.
Black and his lawyers say he never met her and that her entire claim is a lie.
She alleges in her lawsuit that he raped her on a massage table in Epstein’s home in 2002 after sodomizing her with sex toys.
She was 16 at the time and claims she was trafficked to him by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking.
Black’s connections to Epstein have become clearer and more judgmental in recent months.
Between 2012 and 2017, he paid Epstein $158 million for tax and estate planning advice, despite running his own financial firm.
He also gave him a $10 million charitable gift the same month one of his ex-girlfriends received payments from a mysterious “E trust.”
The money was in exchange for her silence about her romance with Black, a married billionaire with four children.
Black also paid US Virgin Islands prosecutors $62 million to avoid being dragged into a lawsuit against Epstein’s estate.
