The mother of one, 32, showed off her trim pins as she stepped outside.

Jourdan is one of the British top models who was scouted at a Primark in London at the age of 15.

She has modeled for Prada and Victoria’s Secret, among others.

However, she recently revealed that she wants to focus on acting and aspires to star in a Marvel movie one day so her son Riley, 11, will think she’s the “coolest mom ever.”

She previously told Harper’s Bazaar, “Before going into lockdown, I decided I wanted to take some time to focus on acting. When the lockdown happened, it felt like the perfect time to commit to it. I went to therapy.’

The stunner is engaged to rapper fiance Dion Hamilton, who popped the question in February 2020.
