The couple first met in May 2014 and started dating a month later.
Joe proposed to Sofia six months later on Christmas Eve and they married in November 2015 in Palm Beach.
The couple were last pictured together at the Hollywood premiere of Apple TV’s Mythic Quest Season 3.
