Legend of Vox Machina’s First Season 3 Look at SDCC Is Good Chaotic Fun

The heroes of Vox Machina are back and ready to take on their most powerful enemies yet. Amazon’s animation panel at San Diego Comic-Con revealed a new clip from the upcoming season of The Legend of Vox Machina.

Prime Video previously dropped the opening sequence for the new season . The new glimpse gives us a bit more to delve into, most notably the beloved NPC Gilmore and his magical finesse. Gnomish cleric Pike attempts to stop some guards from attacking the group — but that ultimately leads to a chaotic, magic-filled chase through the city.

Below is the description of season 3:

Everything is at stake in the highly anticipated third season of The Legend of Vox Machina. The Chroma Conclave’s path of destruction spreads like wildfire as the Cinder King hunts for Vox Machina. Our beloved band of misfits must rise above their inner (and outer) demons to try to save their loved ones, the Tal’Dorei, and all of Exandria.

Based on the super popular current web series, The Legend of Vox Machina follows a group of unlikely heroes who come together to save the world. Critical Role founders and cast members Laura Bailey (The Last of Us: Part II), Taliesin Jaffe (World of Warcraft), Ashley Johnson (The last of us), Liam O’Brien (Avengers Assemble), Marisha Ray (Autumn 76), Sam Riegel (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), and Travis Willingham (Marvel’s Avengers) all return to their roles, with GM Matthew Mercer (Baldurs Gate 3) and also voice several characters.

The Legend of Vox Machina returns to Prime Video on October 3.
