The two high school sweethearts, who met in James’ hometown of Akron, Ohio, were spotted sharing an intimate moment on a white yacht off the coast of the Italian island on Wednesday, with the NBA star cuddling up to his wife’s shoulder as they enjoyed a few drinks together.
The couple were joined by guests as LeBron continued to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the 82-game NBA season, which resumes in October.
He and Savannah, who have two boys — Bronny, 19, and Bryce, 17 — and a girl, Zhuri, 9, later returned to shore in a smaller boat.
LeBron, the four-time NBA champion, wore a black-and-white tank top designed by Aime Leon Dore, while Savannah opted for a multi-colored three-piece beach outfit.

After partying on the track and podium, the world champions slowly made their way to an afterparty at L’Avenue restaurant in Paris.
