LeBron James ‘OPTS OUT of $51.4m Lakers contract’ days after team drafted his son Bronny
According to reports, LeBron James plans to waive his $51.4 million player option for next season with the LA Lakers.
The Shams Charania of Athletic claims LeBron will instead return to the Lakers with a new contract in the 2024-21 season.
The news comes just two days after his son, Bronny, joined him in LA after being selected by the team in the second round of the NBA Draft.
