LeBron James’ production company, SpringHill, is reportedly in talks to merge with the producers behind “The Kardashians.”
SpringHill was founded in 2007 with James’ longtime friend and business partner Maverick Carter, and the company went on to co-produce the “Space Jam” remake and the new “Starting 5” Netflix series.
Now, according to BloombergSpringHill could join forces with British film, TV and music company Fulwell 73.
According to the report, discussions have been going on “for months” and executives at the companies see the potential move as a way to strengthen around unscripted and live content.
In addition to producing The Kardashians, Fulwell 73 also produces the Grammys and was involved in Adele’s ‘One Night Only’ live concert.

In the world of sports, the company has also produced cult Netflix favorite ‘Sunderland ‘Til I Die’.
Fulwell 73 is also partially owned by Eldridge Industries, an investment company chaired by Chelsea and LA Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly.
SpringHill is also co-producing a film starring Mark Wahlberg Deadline reported in August.
The film, called “Weekend Warriors,” features a father and an autistic son traveling to each NBA arena as the boy decides which team to support.
The film is also produced by Plan B and Apple Studios.
