LeBron James repeatedly told diners at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi how grateful he was to have Bronny by his side just four days after the 18-year-old went into cardiac arrest during basketball practice.
Bronny was spotted for the first time since his illness on Friday when LeBron and the James family went out for dinner at the celeb hot spot.
LeBron arrived alone with wife Savannah and their daughter Zhuri, but the Lakers star left a few hours later along with Bronny and his other son, Bryce.
Now people have quoted a source saying diners approached the family to offer their best wishes.
“LeBron kept saying how grateful he is,” the source told People.

Bronny was rushed to the hospital Monday after collapsing at USC’s Galen Center, where he was practicing with the rest of the Trojans basketball team.
The teen was admitted to intensive care before being later stabilised. He was finally released from the hospital on Thursday.
Announcing that Bronny had been discharged, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center said in a statement Thursday: “Thanks to the prompt and effective response of the USC Athletics medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for sudden cardiac arrest.
“He arrived fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
‘Mr. James was quickly attended to by highly trained staff and has been discharged home where he is resting.
