Anthony Davis bounced back from a terrible Game 3 performance as both he and LeBron James dragged the Lakers to a 127-97 big win vs. the Golden State Warriors.
The dynamic duo set fire to the Warriors — combined for 46 points — so much so that they sat out most of the fourth quarter on Saturday night.
James and Co. now lead the Western Conference Semifinals series 2-1 with one more game in Southern California before Game 5 in San Francisco.
After a zero-point first quarter, James pitched for 21 points (6-of-11, 2-4 from three-point range) in the second and third before sitting out the entire fourth.
James made a great play to deny the Andrew Wiggins a layup, despite leading by 12 points late in the third, before charging into the spectator area. Fortunately, he avoided injury as he successfully slowed down his six-foot, 250-pound frame to the great applause of the home faithful.

It seemed to revive the Lakers amid a Fightback from the Warriors—James added a basket and instant rejection on the next possession—with the home team putting together a 10–2 run to end the third.
LA started off the hotter of the two teams as Russell scored the Lakers’ first 11 points of the game. After taking an early lead, the Warriors went on an 18-4 run to lead 30-23 at the end of the first inning. Thompson started hot, scoring 11 points on 3-for-5 shooting from deep.
James and Davis sat on the bench as the quarter drew to a close and earned a well-deserved rest with an 18-point lead going into the final 12 minutes.
‘The Brow’ returned for the first two minutes of the fourth before rejoining James to watch the collateral damage they both came up with.
