The footballer, 26, wore a slate gray pinstripe suit which she paired with a white shirt and black tie.
Arsenal player and England women's national team captain Leah wore a pair of white heels as she posed at the star-studded event.
She was joined by Lionesses goalkeeper Mary Earps, 30, who looked sensational in a black plunging dress with sheer lace detail.
The footballer's garment also featured a cut-out detail along the midriff, as she styled her locks in loose waves for the event.

Meanwhile, former Lioness captain Jill Scott, 36, cut a dazzling figure as she donned a sparkling white rhinestone-covered top.
It was decorated with light blue feathers around the cuffs.
The footballer paired the top with light blue trousers as she beamed alongside Scottish footballer girlfriend Jen Beattie.
Jill completed her look with a baby blue handbag and metallic silver heels, while her hair was worn back in a French braid.
Jen, 32 – newly single following her split from former Love Island winner Amber Gill – opted for a black suit at the event.
It comes after Leah received her Order of the British Empire (OBE) from Prince William at Windsor Castle following England's final victory at the 2022 European Championship.
She was named in the King's New Year's Honors list at the end of 2022, along with fellow teammates Lucy Bronze, Beth Mead and Ellen White.
Mary is the frontrunner to be crowned at the glitzy celebration after being shortlisted from six people.
