Lea Michele stuns in tight black dress as she heads to her final performance as Fanny Brice in New York City’s Funny Girl
Lea Michele was spotted on Sunday afternoon heading to her final performance at New York City’s Funny Girl.
The 37-year-old performer made a fashionable figure as she was escorted to a private vehicle before heading to the August Wilson Theater to make one last appearance as Fanny Brice.
The actress, who recently celebrated her son’s third birthday, opted for a sleeveless black dress that showed off her toned arms and lower legs.
Michele paired her attire with a matching pair of high-heeled leather shoes, adding a little extra glamor to her look.
She wore sunglasses and her beautiful dark brown hair fell to her shoulders.

The Glee star also shared a video commemorating her last day on Funny Girl on her TikTok account on Sunday morning.
The clip featured the performer getting ready to appear on one of her shows, and later bowing during the curtain call.
Michele also wrote a short message in the caption of her post sharing her vision for the future of Rachel Berry, who she portrayed on Glee.
She wrote, “And after thirteen years in LA… she returned home, to her city, to her heart on the Broadway stage, and to her dream role. The show was triumphant and she really felt the greatest joy. And that my friends… is what you missed on GLEE!”
Funny Girl is about Brice’s life and her relationship with her former husband, Nicky Arnstein.
The play originally debuted on Broadway in 1964 and Barbra Streisand served as the star of the production.
The actress reprized her role as Brice in the 1968 film adaptation of the musical.
A revived version of Funny Girl debuted on Broadway last March and featured Beanie Feldstein in the lead role.

However, Feldstein left the production last July after the play received negative reviews from critics.
It was later announced that Michele would take over the lead role, and she made her debut as Brice in September.
The artist subsequently received acclaim from critics for her role in the revived version of the musical.
