In her Instagram stories, Lea revealed that she threw a Paw Patrol themed party for the boy.
Highlights included a two-tiered red, yellow, and blue cake decorated with the Paw Patrol characters. Lea gave a shout out to Mini Melanie Bakery for their creations.
She also had custom cookies made with bone-shaped treats with Ever’s name on them, treats with blue and white badges, and red and yellow firefighter hats.
The celebration has a special meaning for the family after Ever’s illness several months ago.
The little one was hospitalized in March, causing Lea to miss several Funny Girl performances.
A few weeks later he was back in the hospital.
On April 5, Lea wrote, “Today was a tough day. As parents, we must be strong for our children. But sometimes you just want to break down and cry (hiding in the bathroom or closet is usually best. Today I chose the hospital bathroom),” in her Instagram stories alongside a photo of Ever in his crib.
The actress told E! News she turned to other moms for advice before starting her Funny Girl run.

Funny Girl: Lea’s run on Funny Girl comes to an end on September 3. The busy mom and actress told her fans she’s looking forward to “Lots of hugs with (Ever) and some good family time… Then back to work!!!”
“I’ve reached out to so many women who I know are Broadway veterans and women I look up to who are mothers, and I use this network I have just to get advice,” she explained.
“I said to them, ‘How do I do this? How do I do this show and be a mother at the same time?’ I honestly couldn’t do it without them. Their support and advice was so helpful.’
Lea is looking forward to spending more time with her family after Funny Girl closes on September 3.
In an Instagram Q&A on Sunday, the busy actress was asked what she’ll do when the show closes.
“Lots of cuddling with this man and some family time… And then back to work!!!” was her answer.
