Lauryn Goodman has reportedly entered a plea against her ex Kyle Walker as she plans to leave Britain with their children.
The 33-year-old influencer is said to have asked the footballer for permission to rent out her home while she temporarily lives abroad in Dubai with their two children, Kairo, four, and 16-month-old daughter Kinara.
Lauryn and the children currently live in a Sussex mansion worth £2.4million, owned by Kyle, 34, which was bought as part of her bizarre demands for child support contributions.
And according to The sunLauryn has contacted Kyle’s lawyers to ask questions about renting them out as she craves a “change of scenery” after facing backlash amid their paternity scandal.
A source told the publication: ‘It’s been a turbulent time for Lauryn and she would like a change of scenery where she can focus on the kids. She likes the idea of temporarily living somewhere in the sun, like Dubai.
“Because Kyle owns the property, she must ask his permission to rent it out. She would need that to be able to rent a home abroad.’

The insider added: ‘She’s no longer close to her family so she feels like she doesn’t have any ties to Britain at the moment, and has loved taking her kids on holiday to the abroad to get away from everything for a while.’

It comes as Kyle’s wife Annie Kilner is reportedly considering taking back their impending £27million divorce and the footballer has moved back into the marital home.
The WAG, 33, served Kyle with divorce papers in October and kicked him out of the property after discovering he had secretly fathered a second child with his ex Lauryn.
Sources say Annie, who was pregnant with their fourth child when Lauryn dropped the bombshell, is now having second thoughts about their split and is “quietly working on her relationship with Kyle behind the scenes.”
The insider told MailOnline: ‘The couple are doing everything they can to keep their family as united as possible and protect their four boys from any consequences.
‘They enjoyed Christmas together, as a family, and are continuing to work on their own relationship, but no decisions have been made yet.
‘They want time and peace, away from the spotlight and rumors, to continue working on things behind the scenes.

The insider also insisted that claims that Annie would stay with Kyle for purely financial reasons are untrue.
Kyle is becoming a top prospect for clubs like Al Nassr, with deals in the oil-rich country reportedly worth more than £20 million, meaning he could earn £400,000 a week.
They added: ‘It is ridiculous to refer to the fact that Annie is considering staying purely for financial gain, she is a mother first and will always put her children first.
‘Kyle is fully committed to his football career here in Britain and has no regard for speculation or rumors about a transfer.’
