Lauren, 53, paired the look with sparkling silver heels, a dazzling diamond bracelet and of course, her giant engagement ring.
She pulled her long brown locks back into an updo, leaving a few loose strands around her face.
The former reporter wore bold makeup for the gala, including a smokey eye and a nude lip color.
She then shared a series of photos from the entire evening on her Instagram.
“We had an incredible time last night celebrating @GlamourMag’s Women of the Year 2023,” she captioned a carousel of images from the evening.
“These women have blazed new trails, shattered glass ceilings and inspired us all,” she added, tagging actress America Ferrera, Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, supermodel Brooke Shields, musical sensation Mary J Blige, model Geena Rocero , writer Quinta Brunson , and Legally Blonde alumnus Selma Blair, who were this year’s winners.
One photo showed her and America together at the awards, while another showed her and Glamor editor Samantha Barry standing side by side. She also uploaded a glamorous photo with Nicky Hilton.

The outing comes just days after Jeff announced that he and Lauren would be moving from Seattle, Washington, where he first founded Amazon all those years ago, to Miami, Florida, where he grew up, so he could be closer to his parents .
âSeattle has been my home since 1994 when I founded Amazon from my garage,â he wrote on Instagram.
âMy parents have always been my biggest supporters. They recently moved back to Miami, where we lived when I was younger.
âI want to be close to my parents, and Lauren and I love Miami. In addition, Blue Origin’s activities are increasingly shifting to Cape Canaveral.
âDespite all that, I plan to return to Miami and leave the Pacific Northwest. I’ve lived in Seattle longer than anywhere else and have so many great memories here.
‘As exciting as the move is, it is an emotional decision for me. Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart.â

The outing comes just days after Jeff announced that he and Lauren would be moving from Seattle, Washington, to Miami, Florida, where he grew up, so he could be closer to his parents.
The couple â who got engaged in May â currently lives in a sprawling six-bedroom, nine-bathroom Tudor-style lakeside mansion in Seattle’s affluent suburb of Medina.
The property consists of two parcels of land that he purchased in 1998 and 2005 for a total of $60 million. It was also estimated that the tech mogul had made another $28 million in renovations over the years.
The estate features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a large guest house, an elaborately landscaped garden and another large house that he used as an office.
It is not clear when the couple will move to Florida, where they will live and whether they will sell or keep their current home.
Lauren and Jeff’s romance was first brought to light by the National researcher in January 2019, while they were both married to other people.
Shortly afterwards, Jeff divorced his wife of more than 25 years and mother of his four children, Mackenzie Scott, while Lauren left her husband, co-CEO of Hollywood powerhouse WME, Patrick Whitesell.
The businessman – who is the third richest man in the world and has a reported fortune of $165 billion – and the TV personality then made their first public appearance together in May that year, and have been happily in love ever since.
