Lauren Sanchez gushes with ‘pride’ at seeing her son Nikko, 22, make his debut as a runway model in Milan – after celebrating billionaire Jeff Bezos’ 60th birthday in the Italian city

Lauren Sanchez is a “proud mom” after her 22-year-old son, Nikko Gonzalez, made his runway debut at Dolce And Gabbana in Milan this weekend.

Nikko, who Lauren shares with her NFL legend ex Tony Gonzalez, cut a chic figure as he walked the catwalk in a sleek black suit with a V-neck shirt underneath for the luxury Italian fashion house.

His hair was styled in a buzzcut and his outfit was finished with a gold floral brooch.

Nikko’s mother, 54, and his soon-to-be stepfather, Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos, showed their support for the model by watching from the front row at Milan Fashion Week, with Lauren excitedly filming her son as he walked past her on Saturday.

After the show, Lauren posted a gushing tribute on Instagram to her son, along with a video of him strutting his stuff on the catwalk.

‘Just a proud mom. It was a great gift to see my son (Nikko) walking the catwalk of (Dolce And Gabbana) in Milan. Congratulations, my love,” she wrote lovingly.

In the comments, the doting mom’s friends, including Kim Kardashian and Tony’s wife October, showed their love for the budding model.

‘Yessssssss!!!!!!!!!’ Kim wrote simply.

‘Yes!!!!! So (fire emojis) so proud of you. (Love) you @nikkogzz,” October said.

‘That’s our boy!!’ Lauren’s sister, photographer Elena Sanchez Blair, responded.

To witness her son’s big career breakthrough, the former journalist wore a plunging black top and white shirt, paired with a black and white blazer.

She showed off her toned legs in a black miniskirt and matching tights, adding a few extra inches with stylish black stiletto heels.

Meanwhile, Jeff, who celebrated his 60th birthday on Friday, opted for an all-black ensemble with a leather bomber jacket, shirt and matching trousers.

He added retro tones as he held his wife-to-be’s hand ahead of the Fall/Winter 2024-2025 runaway for Menswear.

As the show started, Lauren was visibly ecstatic for her 22-year-old son as she pulled out her phone and filmed him giving his best blue swatch as he stormed the catwalk.

She couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as he walked past himself and Jeff, who kept his dark sunglasses on at the event.

It’s been a weekend of festivities for the Bezos-Sanchez clan, kicking off on Friday to mark Jeff’s milestone birthday.

The Amazon billionaire’s fiancée shared a glimpse into how the couple spent the day, posting a view of the Eiffel Tower from their hotel room to her Instagram Stories, with the caption: “Best morning with the birthday boy.”
