Lauren Goodger has revealed that she wants to find love again and have another child.
The TOWIE star, 36, has experienced unimaginable tragedies in her life and Saturday will mark the first anniversary of her daughter Lorena’s death.
Lauren gave birth to her second child on July 8 last year, but her umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck and she tragically passed away.
In conversation with new! magazine ahead of the anniversary, Lauren confessed that she hasn’t given up on her dream of expanding her family and feels she’s “missing a man” in her life.
The reality star shares daughter Larose, 12 months, with ex-boyfriend Charles Drury and confessed that co-parenting their daughter is “exhausting” but she wants her child to have her father in her life.

Lauren confessed: “I would like to be in a happy, loving relationship – I deserve that. I want another baby, I want to be in love, I want to be happy again.
‘I miss that. I really miss having a man in my life – I’ve always had a boyfriend – and because my family relationship is really up and down.”
Lauren also discussed the “harsh” reality of co-parenting with 26-year-old contractor Charles, confessing: ‘It is tiring. The driving, meetings, organization is hard work, but I would never stop him from seeing her and being at birthdays and specials like that. That’s why I do all the driving and organizing.
‘We make sure that it works as well as possible for Larose. I want him to see her as much as possible because she needs both parents.”
Charles was charged last month with assaulting Lauren on the day of their daughter’s funeral and will face trial.
The builder has been charged with assault and engaging in ‘coercive’ and ‘controlling’ behaviour, according to the Metropolitan Police.
He appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on June 14 and has been released on bail before appearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court on July 12. He reportedly pleaded not guilty to the two charges.
According to The Sun, Charles is accused of coercive behavior, including “taking and hiding her car keys,” and “mistreating her during their relationship.”
Charles allegedly assaulted Lauren and inflicted “actual bodily harm” on her in Upminster on August 4, 2022, the day of their daughter Lorena’s funeral.

A statement from the Metropolitan Police confirmed: ‘A man has appeared in court charged with offenses related to an incident in Upminster.
‘Charles Drury – 25 (25.06.97) of Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire appeared in Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 14th June on charges of assault (ABH) and controlling/coercive behaviour.
He was released on bail to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 12 July.
“The charges relate to an incident that police were called to on 4 August 2022 in Upminster. A woman in her thirties was treated for facial injuries.’
A representative for Lauren told MailOnline: “Lauren has never responded to this police investigation and will not be commenting on this story.”
At the time of the alleged attack, it was reported that Charles had been arrested and questioned by police before being released on bail.
She had attended her daughter’s funeral with her family and was allegedly attacked later that evening.
Police were called at 00:37 on August 4 to reports of an altercation and Charles was arrested on suspicion of assault. He was released on bail in the early hours of August 5.
Lauren recently put a stop to rumors that she is back together with her on-off boyfriend Charles and confirmed that she is single.
In a new interview, Lauren addressed speculation after the former couple were photographed together on multiple occasions.
said Lauren OK! Magazine: ‘There are many rumors that I am in a relationship with my ex-partner Charles Drury. I am not. I am single.’

She continued, “We are co-parenting. This decision has been made in the interest of Larose and her future. I barely socialized or dated anyone else.
“I am healing and feel like I am getting to a place where I can live a normal life again.
“I look forward to socializing and working again in the near future, plus being the best mom I can to my beautiful daughter Larose, who is my rock.”
