The TOWIE star, 36, looked elegant in a black pleated jumpsuit and flip flops for the outing at David Lloyd gym in Chigwell.
Lauren’s all-in-one had pretty cap sleeves and a waistband, which helped to emphasize her fantastic physique.
The reality star accessorized her simple ensemble with a delicate gold chain and bangle-style bracelet, while keeping a pair of sunglasses on hand.
Lauren kept it low key as she tied her brunette locks into an effortless ponytail but wore a full face of makeup.

Last month, Lauren finally admitted to having a Brazilian butt lift, after previously denying that she had undergone the procedure to tuck her buttocks.
As the TOWIE star prepares to return to a more natural look, she revealed she had the surgery in 2017 and had her breasts enlarged from a 34D to a 34E in 2013.
Lauren said she’s been “unhappy for a while” and plans to tone down her look to become “more natural.”
She said OK! magazine: ‘For a few years now I’ve been thinking: ‘Why did I ever have my breasts done?’ I haven’t been happy in a while, but when I got pregnant with Larose, my breasts got even bigger and I hated the way I looked.
“I look back at old photos from before breast augmentation and I had beautiful breasts. I wish I could go back to natural Lauren.”
The TV personality explained how she flew to Turkey for a BBL and described it as “the worst experience” of her life.

Lauren said she’s desperate for another “natural bum” but isn’t sure how to get it because “there’s no procedure that can reverse the BBL.”
She added, “I’m not sure how I’m going to do that yet. I’m not sure if there is a procedure that can reverse the BBL.
“I’m looking into getting the fat sucked out, but I don’t know if that’s an option. I’m going to talk to many different surgeons and figure out my options.”
A BBL is a popular cosmetic procedure that transfers fat to create more fullness in your buttocks.
The surgeon will use liposuction to remove fat from other areas of your body, such as your hips, abdomen, and thighs, which is then injected into the skin to create a more rounded, full look.
In 2011, the mother of a child had a nose job and was always open about using lip fillers.
