Lauren Goodger flashes her surgically-enhanced cleavage

Lauren Goodger took to Instagram on Monday to pose in cycling shorts and a bra to motivate herself to start the week.

The former TOWIE star, 36, left little to the imagination in a trio of images that showed her surgically enhanced cleavage in a cotton bra.

The star, who rose to fame during TOWIE’s inauguration in 2010 before leaving the show after two years and six series, has always been outspoken about her body fighting.

When sharing the image, she vowed to urge herself, writing, “Monday Morning bathroom selfie 123 #mondaymotivation #newweek #newgoals #newstart.”

Elsewhere, she took to Instagram Stories to share a selfie thanking her fans for the support after her daughter was taken to hospital over the weekend.

She wrote: ‘Your messages made me cry, thank you to all the lovely people who sent me beautiful messages… you made me cry so nice to read your support and your kind words’.

Lauren famously lost a whopping four stone in six months, leading to the release of her hugely successful workout DVD in December 2015.

At the time, she revealed details about the incentive for her health kick, saying, “I was 13th and I’m 9th now. And I lost that 4th over a six month period… When unflattering pictures came out of me running on the beach in a bikini…

“I was called a ‘disgusting stranded whale’ and a girl said I looked like I weighed forty. But it was those pictures that made me realize how fat I had become and that I really had to do something about my weight or I would be fat for life.’

Since then, her weight has fluctuated as she struggled with heartache and weight struggles and she has now taken to social media to hold herself accountable.

Lauren has spoken in the past about suffering from body dysmorphia – a condition that is estimated to affect one in 100 people in the UK.

She wrote, “Yes, probably (have body dysmorphia). I never feel happy no matter how tall I am. I can look at a picture and everyone says I look great, but I think I look repulsive.’

Body dysmorphia causes sufferers to see a distorted image of themselves, leading to often crippling fears about self-image and appearance.

Her latest message comes after Lauren’s daughter Larose was rushed to an urgent medical appointment on Saturday.

She revealed she took the 23-month-old to doctors after noticing she was unwell and then took to social media to update fans, writing, “My poor bubs have tonsillitis. Saw a doctor this morning because I knew she was bad…

‘So on the hottest day we lie in bed all day with the fan on, fruit, cold drinks and lots of hugs. They gave her antibiotics, so she’s on the mend.’

Lauren shares Larose with Charles Drury, the father of the toddler, who is also a father to their daughter Lorena, 11 months. It comes in the wake of the inquest of Lauren’s late ex-boyfriend following his tragic death last year.

It was revealed that Jake McLean was nearly three times over the drunk driving limit and had been using cocaine when he died in a horror car crash.

The crash happened when the 33-year-old’s Mercedes E-Class spun out of a curve last year and landed upside down in a ravine near the city of Bodrum in Turkey, also seriously injuring passenger and fellow TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou.

An inquest into his death has since revealed that he died of “traumatic head injuries.”

At his inquest last week in Walthamstow, coroner Dr Shirley Ratcliffe said: ‘The autopsy found no natural disease, as you would expect in a young man of 33. The cause of death was skull fractures and brain damage.

“As far as I can tell, he was driving under the influence nearly three times the legal driving limit and had cocaine in his system. My conclusion is that this is an RTC [road traffic collision].’

When asked by Mr McLean’s mother, Anita Walsh, if there were any further details, Dr Ratcliffe said: ‘Turkey isn’t the most helpful – it took almost a year to get the autopsy.’
