Conservative women are posting bikini photos on social media after a clip of Rep. Anna Paulina Luna in a MAGA bikini circulated on X.
Since Luna’s video resurfaced on Wednesday, Congressman Matt Gaetz’s wife, Ginger, has posted a series of “thirst trap”-style photos of female Republican “patriots.”
In one photo, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert is seen in a bikini on the beach in Palm Beach, Florida, with a huge tattoo on the side of her stomach.
“We love confident, healthy, patriotic women like Lauren,” the post read.
“We all love Anna Paulina Luna!” Boebert posted earlier.
Ginger and Boebert recently hosted a “Hot Girl Summer” happy hour with the DC Young Republicans club.
Boebert filed for divorce from her husband Jayson, with whom she has four children, earlier last year. She made headlines after groping and vaping a new boyfriend during a production of Beetlejuice in Denver last year.
Last year, at age 36, she became a grandmother when her 17-year-old son Tyler’s girlfriend gave birth.
Tyler Boebert was arrested in late February in connection with a series of recent vehicle break-ins and property theft in Rifle, Colorado.
The Republican lawmaker’s son faces nearly two dozen separate charges, including four counts of criminal possession of a financial device, three counts of contributing to the juvenile delinquency of a minor and three counts of theft under $300.
According to local police, he also faces four counts of possession of identity documents belonging to multiple victims, one count of conspiracy to commit a crime, and more than 15 other minor and serious offenses.
He and three underage accomplices are accused of breaking into four cars to steal wallets and use them to make purchases from local businesses.
Boebert’s ex-husband Jayson originally claimed that Lauren hit him during an altercation when they met to try to patch things up in January when he was arrested for a domestic violence incident. He later retracted that claim.
In another incident, Jayson Boebert was accused of assaulting their 18-year-old son and pulling out a gun when the son tried to call authorities about an argument over laundry.
Ginger also posted a photo of Manhattan Republican Party Chair Andrea Catsimitidis, the daughter of wealthy Republican donor John Catsimitidis.
“Another handsome patriot for your feed,” Ginger said, along with a photo of Andrea in a bikini on a boat off the coast of Manhattan.
The original clip saw Luna showing off her curves in a blue one-piece suit featuring Donald Trump’s campaign slogan ‘Make America Great Again’
She posed in the white knee-high socks as part of an ensemble that dominated conservative social media in the summer of 2016.
The swimsuit, which was worn by conservatives across the country, was available online for $39.95.
“I confirm that I did wear swimsuits and you can see that I am biologically female. #MAGA,” Luna wrote on X when the video resurfaced on Wednesday.
“I have also been featured in Sports Illustrated and MAXIM. I have designed swimsuits and women’s shirts,” she added in a follow-up tweet.
The clip seemed to gain popularity after X user Phillips Holz posted it.
“Anna Paulina Luna should be working at my local Hooters, NOT in Congress!” Holz wrote.
The swimsuit video received praise, with some calling Luna the “most popular member of Congress,” but there was also criticism.
‘[Luna] “He single-handedly brought back Women Crush Wednesday,” Ginger Gaetz wrote on X, along with two other beach photos of Luna.
“Anna Paulina Luna is a married congresswoman with children and still can’t help but dishonor her family and country by stripping half naked in front of the world. Please don’t claim she’s a Christian either,” Christian activist Morgan Ariel wrote on X.
“Holy Anna Paulina Luna MAGA WOMEN ARE THE HOTTEST ON THE PLANET,” wrote an X user named MAGA Elvis.
Richard Hanania, a right-wing political commentator, wrote at X under the clip: “I hear this is a member of Congress.”
“I don’t get your point. Anna Paulina Luna is better at her job than most members of Congress and she is fighting for your right not to be oppressed and censored by the federal government,” activist Ian Cheong wrote back.
“I have a confession to make since the TikTok democrats are onto me: I wear bikinis to the beach and mineral sunscreen,” Luna also responded to X.
Luna became the 12th member of Congress to give birth while in office, after giving birth to her son in August 2023. The 35-year-old brunette was a social media influencer before joining Congress.
In 2023, she entered the House of Representatives and served as part of the right-wing Freedom Caucus.

Anna Paulina Luna is running in Florida’s 13th District and is an unashamed Second Amendment supporter
In Congress, she has floated some bold and seemingly far-fetched ideas, including forcing members of Congress who advocate military aid to Ukraine to fight on the front lines of the war with Russia and arresting Attorney General Merrick Garland for refusing to turn over an audio recording of an interview with Biden’s special counsel.
Luna served in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014. She also did some modeling work, appearing on the Sports Illustrated website in 2013 and as a swimsuit model in Maxim magazine in 2014.
