Laura Hamilton has revealed the reason why she looks glamorous in every episode of A Place In The Sun.
The 40-year-old TV presenter is frequently seen in chic ensembles when she hosts the Channel 4 show in various locations around the world.
And she took to Instagram on Monday to let her followers know why she dresses in her outfits, including sky-high heels.

Sharing a snapshot of herself in a light beige jumper and Tiffany knit and leather leggings from The Fashion Basement that she teamed with a pair of open platform heels in the Spanish town of Arboleas, she wrote: “Not my usual @aplaceinthesunofficial outfit, but although it is sunny here, it is quite cold!
“People often comment on my heels and if you look at my stories you’ll see one of the reasons why I wear them.”
She added: “You can’t hear what I’m saying in my last story, but I basically wear such high heels because I’m only 5’2 and sometimes the cameramen are really tall!”

It comes after Laura said she is focusing on herself following her split from husband Alex Goward.
She revealed to her fans online that she has been hitting the gym, taking flying lessons, and renovating her new house.

Talking with him daily star On Thursday, the television personality gave insight into her life 12 months after separating from her husband.
She explained: ‘I put up a bit of a gym for myself and have a fitness regime with my friend, who lives with me at the moment, and we work out. I think having a training partner keeps you motivated.
‘I don’t think it’s good to obsess over weight. This is how I feel, and feeling healthy is more important to me than what the scale says.’

He also added: ‘I’m learning to fly so I can fly to my own travel destinations. I’ve done 16 1/2 hours so far so I still have to go but I’m enjoying it and I’d like to get my license this year, fingers crossed.’
Laura shares two children, Rocco, nine, and Tahlia, seven with ex-husband Alex, but they had remained on good terms after their split.
Last month, the presenter traded A Place In The Sun for a chalet in the snow during a friendly vacation in the French Alps with his ex.

The presenter, who announced the end of their 13-year marriage in May, previously confirmed that the former couple had previously arranged the Boxing Day ski holiday after agreeing to spend Christmas together.
Laura, a keen skier, shared a series of photos from the slopes, including a group photo of her and Alex, 41, together with their children and a larger group of family members.
She also posted photos of herself in dungarees, a hardhat, and snow goggles showing off her skills on one of the mountainous ski slopes.
At the caption of the photos, he wrote: ‘Spectacular scenery, spectacular snow and the spectacular Sarenne (the longest black run in Europe). Today was a good day…
“I’m always grateful to spend time in the snow, and this time it’s with a big group of friends and our little ones!”
