Latrell Mitchell shows off his body like never before as he wears a pair of budgie smugglers in bizarre F-bomb video
Latrell Mitchell is working on a new body for the 2025 NRL season and he has given his followers a taste of his transformation in a bizarre video promoting his own line of parakeet smugglers.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs fullback endured a torrid 2024 season that included injuries, suspensions and ultimately a one-match ban after he was photographed in a hotel room with a bag of mysterious white powder.
Mitchell is determined to prove his commitment to returning coach Wayne Bennett and has reportedly already lost 5kg. He even removed his home bar and replaced it with a private gym after quitting alcohol.
Now he is showing the fruits of his labor.
Mitchell has his own fashion label called Winmarra and posted the video to promote his new range of indigenous-themed parakeet smugglers, with a little help from South’s teammate Jai Arrow.
For the uninitiated, budgie smugglers are extremely small swimwear briefs that leave little to the imagination.

Mitchell and Arrow are filmed at the Souths fullback’s farm in different positions as they chat about the heat.
“Hey Trell… f*** it’s hot,” Arrow begins the video.
“Yeah, she’s hot, isn’t she,” Mitchell replies, opening a can.
“No, she’s not cold, is she?” says Arrow.
The clip then starts to get a bit low-key, with Mitchell climbing onto a tractor and saying, “Who turned the damn heater on? F*** me.”
“Damn stinking hot, huh?” Arrow moves on and trades a hay bale for a cold hay bale of his own.
The video continues in the same vein, with the pair opening cans and commenting on the heat in their tiny swim trunks.
“Hotter than a bullsack in here,” Mitchell says.

Mitchell has been on a self-imposed liquor ban since his controversial 2024 season, but fans can relax, it doesn’t appear he has fallen off the wagon.
While the video implies the duo are drinking beer, on closer inspection it seems more likely that they’re tossing back cans of Mount Franklin sparkling water.
The video has caught the attention of at least one Souths teammate, with Cody Walker joking about not missing Arrow during pre-season training.
“I’m over @jaiarrow’s voice,” he posted.
“Grouse content though.”
Mitchell won’t be sanctioned by the league for the F-bombs in the clip, but his mouth has gotten him in trouble before.
After losing their second match in a row to start the 2024 NRL season, Mitchell was interviewed and made his feelings known about the club’s 28–18 loss to the Brisbane Broncos.
“Look, honestly, f***, it was fucking,” he started.

‘In the first part it was just a difficult match, f**k, we showed what we stand for.
‘To be honest, they are big boys, they are competitors. It makes you wonder why they came second last year, so f**k, we can build on that.
“I don’t care if I swear, guys, honestly.”
Triple M presenter Dan Ginnane had to quickly end the interview and thanked Mitchell for his time.
“You can let go of one or two profanities, but this was too much,” he said on air.
NRL fans were unimpressed, the league privately warned Mitchell about his behavior and South Sydney ironically introduced a curse jar to address the matter.
