Las Vegas sex worker is arrested after ‘viciously beating elderly disabled man in his hotel room at Caesar’s Palace and stealing $6,000’

A Las Vegas sex worker has been accused of brutally beating an elderly, disabled man in a Caesars Palace hotel room before making off with $6,000 and leaving him in a pool of blood with a broken face.

Napria Wilson, 26, was arrested Wednesday after allegedly beating and robbing a disabled man in his late 60s at the Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino last week.

She is charged with attempted murder, residential burglary and robbery and remains in custody at the Clark County Jail as of Saturday, according to records obtained by CLASS shows.

Around 7 a.m. on October 27, a security guard was sent to a room at Caesars Palace, where they discovered a man on the floor. His face was drenched in blood and he was groaning and crying urgently for help.

The victim told police that “he brought a ‘whore’ to his room… and she beat and robbed him,” the report said.

The man had reportedly finished gambling in the early morning of October 27 and was chasing his winnings when Wilson approached him.

The man had suffered serious injuries, including a broken face with multiple fractures. His face bore scars from a brutal beating and his eyes were swollen shut, police said.

The suspect was later identified as Wilson, who was charged last month with soliciting or participating in prostitution and arrested earlier in 2021 on charges of attempted murder and domestic battery.

The man had reportedly finished gambling in the early morning of October 27 and was cashing out his winnings when Wilson approached him.

Wilson was described as “very aggressive” and allegedly offered to take him to his room “for a good time,” the victim told police during an interview.

He said Wilson originally said she would charge him $200 for sex. But once they were in the room, Wilson reportedly asked for another $300.

“The man agreed and gave Wilson $500 cash for her services,” police said. According to the report, the two then had sex.

The victim claimed Wilson asked for another $500, but he refused to pay any more. “I already gave it to you,” he told Wilson.

That’s when Wilson allegedly “got into an argument with (the man) and told him to give her the money again,” police said.

She tried to get his wallet out of his pants, the man told police.

The security guard sent to the hotel room saw that the man’s face was severely bruised and that his hands and left eye were swollen.

The victim said he had limited memory of the attack and only remembered being punched in the face, falling to the ground and being kicked several times.

Blood had left its mark throughout the room, splattering the sheets and staining the floor and furniture, according to an emergency medical technician who arrived on the scene.

Video surveillance reviewed by police shows Wilson walking from the casino floor with the man into an elevator at 5:57 a.m. She walked out of the room and found herself alone in an elevator at 6:43 am.

She then got into a taxi and quickly left the scene.

Police identified Wilson and discovered more videos after speaking with the taxi company and the driver.

“Wilson vomits almost immediately when she gets into the cab,” police said. Wilson apologizes to the driver and tells him she will pay him extra to get her ‘out of here’ and appears to give him a $100 dollar bill from her purse.

‘During the ride, Wilson appears to be panicking. At the end of the ride, Wilson leaves the vehicle and tells the driver, “You never came here, this didn’t happen.”

“Then she gives the driver what appears to be an extra $200.”

Wilson was arrested on Nov. 1 outside her apartment in Henderson, a city 16 miles from downtown Las Vegas.

Her bail was set at $75,000 and will appear in court again on November 7.
