A Las Vegas judge was waylaid and attacked by a criminal during a hearing after she denied him bail.
Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus was in the middle of sentencing when convicted felon Deobra Redden railed against her Wednesday morning.
Video footage shows the wild moment when Redden jumped from where he was standing and jumped onto the judge's bench to tackle her.
As he throws himself at the shocked judge, Redden can be heard saying, “Nah f*** that b*tch.”
The marshal and the judge tried to avoid the attack, but Redden threw himself on top of them both and began to brutally beat Holthus.

Clark County District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus was in the middle of sentencing when convicted felon Delone Redden railed against her Wednesday morning.
In the footage, he can be heard punching Holthus repeatedly and shouting at her in explicit language as security officers tried to restrain the crazed criminal.
The female judge can be heard pleading with the criminal, begging him to get rid of her.
Redden was ironically convicted of aggravated battery causing significant bodily harm just before he launched his attack.
Judge Holthus suffered injuries as a result of the assault and her condition is being monitored.
The marshal was also injured and had to be taken to hospital after the brutal attack.

In the footage, he can be heard punching Holthus repeatedly and shouting at her in explicit language as security officers tried to restrain the crazed criminal.
“We commend the heroic actions of its personnel, law enforcement, and all others who subdued the defendant,” the Las Vegas District Court said in a statement. Channel 13.
“The court remains committed to providing a safe courthouse and courtrooms.
“We are reviewing all our protocols and will do whatever is necessary to protect the judiciary, the public and our employees.”
Redden has a criminal history with charges in both Nevada and Texas.
The 30-year-old has been charged with assault, theft, assault, property damage and coercion, records show.
