In a playful post, Larry held up a sign that read “#Larry’s hit,” but a missing apostrophe and lack of spacing led to an epic social media blunder, with the sign reading “#Larryshit.”

“So many great people have had a hit and I’m glad it’s my turn to have a hit,” he wrote, embracing the hilarious typo.

His co-host Kylie Gillies and other notable personalities such as Matt Shirvington and Grant Denyer also expressed their support and urged fans to vote for Larry.

“Congratulations on the nomination Laz, which I know means so much to you,” Kylie wrote, rallying support for her colleague.

The nominations for the 2024 TV Week Logie Awards were announced on Sunday evening and the event will take place on August 18 in Sydney.
