Larry Emdur and his wife Sylvie are renovating a dilapidated property in the hopes of turning it into a new home.
And on Sunday, The Morning Show host discovered a suspicious-looking device near his home.
The 57-year-old shared a photo of the item, known as a bong, a makeshift pipe used to smoke marijuana, usually made from a bottle and a length of tubing.

“We’re finding incredible things during our riverside renovation,” Larry wrote on Instagram.
“Look at this ingenious invention that the previous tenants made (legally or otherwise) from a Pepsi bottle and a garden hose.
‘I think it’s some kind of bush kettle. #Genius #Survivor,” he added.

Larry recently asked fans for advice as he and his wife debated what to do with a rather damaged part of the new house
‘I just want to paint smiley faces on all the old walls for a smiley boho look, it will be cheaper and happier… am I right?!’
‘Sylvie for the win!’ one fan commented, while another added, ‘I’m sure from experience you know the woman always wins’.
Another wrote: ‘What if you mix it up and leave it like this?’ while someone else said ‘Team Sylvie on this one’.
Larry proved he had done his job for him when he documented the collision home.

Larry bought the derelict plot of land in Neverfail Bay in Berowra Waters last August.
The tract of land was last sold for $575,000 in 1999. It was bought by the Emdurs for $1 million dollars.
