In the video, which has been viewed more than 1.2 million times so far, the broker gives a tour of the space and how it connects to the rest of the building.

The unnamed man begins, “They found a corner in this lobby that wasn’t being used and turned it into an apartment.”

Looking around the room, he points out the elevator and laundry room before entering a room around the corner.

He enters the apartment and continues, “This was just unused space on the first floor, so they renovated it.

“It wasn’t originally built as an apartment.”

The broker then mentions a series of highlights, including the kitchen with dishwasher, high ceilings and a “pretty nice bathroom.”

He ends the tour in the “little bedroom” before revealing that the whole unit costs $2,300 a month.

And viewers quickly rushed to the comments section to share their disgust at the unconventional offering.
