Former NBA star Lamar Odom admitted he “always” opted out of games, whether his team was playing at home or on the road.
Odom played in the NBA from 1999 to 2013 and spent the last five seasons of his basketball career with Khloe Kardashian.
It is unclear whether Kardashian was aware of Odom’s pregame routine.
Odom said his reason for masturbating before the game was to relieve stress.
Looking back, Odom doesn’t believe the subtraction accomplished what he was looking for.

“I was at home in the crib. Hotel room, I’m going crazy. That’s why sometimes I prefer to play on the road,” Odom added.
Odom talked about his pre-match masturbation on the LADE Show, with current Laker Max Christie sitting next to him.
Odom has been a constant figure on ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ since his marriage to Khloe in 2009. The couple officially divorced in 2016.
Odom spent all but two years of his NBA career in Los Angeles during three different stints with the Lakers and Clippers.
