Film producer Randall Emmett is finally saying goodbye to his Los Angeles home.

The former Vanderpump Rules player is selling his secluded home for $4.35 million, his real estate agent David T. Kessler told TMZ on thursday.

The news came just days after his ex, Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent, had her second child via a sperm donor.

Emmett, 53, lived in the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with his 34-year-old ex-reality star, with whom he has a 3-year-old daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett.

The long saga surrounding the home sale began when the Irish producer first put his house up for sale in 2022.

At the time, he was asking $6.2 million for the property.

However, when he failed to find a buyer, Emmett lowered the asking price to $4.995 million, before ultimately accepting an even lower offer.

It’s not uncommon for Hollywood personalities to sell their expensive homes to other industry figures, but that’s not the case this time: Emmett reportedly sold the home to a retired businessman.

Emmett bought the property in 2017, two years after meeting his future fiancée Lala.

In December 2017, he finalized his divorce from actress Ambyr Childers, and the following year, he and Lala got engaged. In March 2021, they welcomed their only child.

However, in October 2021, they ended their engagement after three years, after which Kent accused Emmett of repeated infidelity.

His professional life also took a major hit in the summer of 2022, when several women accused him of offering them film roles in exchange for sexual favors, according to a Los Angeles Times revelation.

The house that has now been sold has an area of ​​no less than 400 square meters and has a beautiful outdoor area.
