The stars line up at Levi’s Stadium as Anthony Davis and Jerry Rice are on the sidelines for the playoff game between the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers.

The Lakers star was seen wearing a green Aaron Jones jersey and throwing the pigskin while hanging out on the court with teammates D’Angelo Russell and Jared Vanderbilt. Davis also recorded a video for the NFL’s social media accounts in support of his Packers.

“NFL, what’s up honey, it’s your boy AD here,” he says. “You already know who I’m going with, Green Bay Packers. Go pack, go. I’m gonna get mad here at Levi’s Stadium, man.”

Unlike Davis, NFL legend Jerry Rice went on to support the 49ers. The retired wide receiver spent the first 15 seasons of his storied career in San Francisco, where he won three Super Bowl titles.

Rice looked sharp in a pastel pink suit and a necklace with a miniature 49ers helmet as a pendant. Rice was seen during warmups approaching star running back Christian McCaffrey. The two had a brief interaction before McCaffrey continued to get his reps for the game.

The 49ers finished their regular season with an impressive 12-5 record atop the NFC West. Despite tying records with the Cowboys and Lions, San Francisco secured the top seed in the NFC to avoid a wild card game.

Quarterback Brock Purdy led the 49ers by completing 308 of 444 passes for 4,280 yards and 31 touchdowns this season. Meanwhile, McCaffrey leads them in rushing yards with 1,459 and 14 touchdowns.

On the other hand, Green Bay finished second in the NFC North with a 9-8 record. Green Bay finished the regular season on a three-game win streak before defeating the Cowboys 48–32 in the wild-card round.

Green Bay’s quarterback Jordan Love has found fame as Aaron Rodgers’ successor. The 25-year-old completed 372 of 579 attempts in the regular season for 4,159 yards and 32 touchdowns.

The winner of Saturday’s game in the Bay Area will face the winner of Sunday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions for the NFC crown.
