Victoria accentuated her features with make-up and styled her blonde locks in loose curls alongside a selection of silver jewellery.

Meanwhile, Hollywood actor Kiefer, 56, cut a suave figure in a black turtleneck that he wore teamed with a smart mackintosh.

Known for his work with Elton John, Bernie makes his debut as a visual artist at the Images Gallery in central London.

At the event, he unveiled a unique exhibit of collaborative art, reimagining his friend Terry O’Neill’s photographs spanning five decades, titled: Called Taupin and O’Neill: Two Sides of the ’60.

The very personal star told The protector in a rare interview, “I’m not Greta Garbo by any means, but I couldn’t do the kind of thing that he [Elton] do. He’s probably one of the most recognizable characters in the world and it’s hard to live in that bubble. I couldn’t.

He revealed that when he is working on his art, he enjoys listening to jazz but avoids his own songs: “I think you have to have a certain ego to listen to your own songs.”

It comes after 24 star Kiefer said becoming a father at age 20 set him straight.

The actor reflected on the early days of Hollywood and how having children saved him from making decisions that could have been “very damaging to me.”

In an interview with radio times last month, he spoke about the devastating losses of his late A-list friends and how taking a break in the 1980s when his career took a dip was “the smartest thing.”

Kiefer became a household name at age 20 as bully Ace Merrill in the coming-of-age movie Stand By Me, opposite River Phoenix, who tragically died of a drug overdose at just 23 years old.

Speaking of his “heartbreaking” death and other Hollywood greats Keifer has been close to over the years, he says, “I’ve lost friends over the years and I don’t think anyone who’s lost someone doesn’t say, ‘ Wow, ten minutes anyway and that could have been me’.

“He (River Phoenix) had so much promise and was such a nice young man… I think about it all the time… There is a very dangerous, reckless abandon associated with youth. And if you go to great lengths to try to experience life, there’s a chance you’ll make a mistake—and those mistakes can be deadly.”

Keifer admits that there are times in life when he has “done the wrong thing” and he thinks about Phoenix “all the time.”

The actor has been accused of driving under the influence four times over the years. He was sentenced to 48 days in prison in 2007 after failing a sobriety test.

‘I’m not an idiot, I know the difference between right and wrong. It’s just that sometimes I’ve done something wrong,” he says.

But the Designated Survivor star, who has a daughter Sarah and a stepdaughter from his second marriage, to Camelia Kath, credits his family for keeping him grounded.

Keifer says having kids at such a young age is “stay away from a lot of other things that I think could be very harmful to me’.

The actor will now star in Rabbit Hole as John Weir, who is accused of murder by powerful forces with the ability to influence and control populations.

And he says that a short break in his career in the 1980s was best for his longevity in the industry.

“I wasn’t trotting about my own name, I was just waiting for something really special to come along. And it did – 24,” he says
