Woman in red! Queen Máxima stuns in scarlet red dress during the King’s Day concert in Rotterdam
Queen Máxima of the Netherlands stunned last night in a scarlet dress when she attended a concert in Rotterdam with her family.
The European monarch, 51, opted for a floral print maxi dress with sheer voluminous sleeves for the King’s Day concert at Ahoy in Rotterdam.
The mother of three embellished her colorful silk dress with chic black accessories.
The royal woman tightened her waist and opted for a statement braided leather belt with fringes.
Máxima braved the cooler temperatures and donned sheer black tights that she wore with a pair of chunky heeled sandals.
The couple was all smiles when they arrived at the Ahoy arena in Rotterdam last night for the annual King’s Day concert
For an extra layer of warmth, the royal family draped a fringed black velvet scarf over one shoulder.
The monarch completed her stylish ensemble with a boxy black leather handbag and pair of purple jewel earrings.
Moreover, she also opted for a glamorous makeup look for her night out with her family.
Styled in her signature loose waves, Máxima sported a glitzy bronze smokey eye look and slick nude lipstick.
Meanwhile, King Willem-Alexander looked just as good in a navy blue suit, white shirt and purple tie that matched his wife’s earrings.
The couple’s daughters, Princess Amalia, 19, and Princess Ariane, 16, also starred in sophisticated ensembles.
While Ariane looked chic in a navy blue suit and white silk camisole, her sister Ariane shone in a blue pleated dress and silver accessories.
The family was joined by King Willem-Alexander’s mother Princess Beatrix, 85, and his sister-in-law Princess Laurentien, 56.

The King’s Day concert takes place every year in the days leading up to King Willem-Alexander’s birthday. Next week, the monarch will turn 56 on April 27.
On the monarch’s actual birthday, a series of markets and celebrations are held across the country.
In 2021, the family celebrated the King’s birthday with a trip to the Dutch city of Eindhoven – where they took part in a live-streamed TV special.
Last night, the Royal Family attended several performances by the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and the Dutch musicians Davina Michelle and Winne.
