According to Ceidy, the “wrongful arrests” took place at their home in the 5100 block of Rosemead Boulevard on October 22, 2022.
The mother said she and her husband were not at home when their son and daughter warned them about what was happening at home.
“When she said they were already there and were aggressive and trying to grab her, I turned on the cameras,” Ceidy said.
“Then I saw what happened,” the mother told KTLA of what the footage showed.
Security videos show Ceidy trying to talk through the home camera to ask what’s going on, only to be ignored while her daughter speaks to deputies.
Aliza is passionately talking to the deputies for several seconds as the mother yells “hello” to the group.
According to investigators, deputies had received a call about a person screaming and another person who may have been hit.
However, the children told the deputies that they had no idea why they were there.
Despite their confusion, the pair of teens were subsequently harassed for asking questions and were seen handcuffed by authorities.

After the deputies bring the pair outside, several officers are seen holding Aliza against the wall as she yells at them through tears.
“You hold me so tight,” you hear the teen say.
In another clip, Isaac is seen holding his phone in an attempt to record the encounter.
A deputy grabs the teen’s phone and three others then force him against the wall and handcuff him.
“You can see in the video that they grabbed her so tight they left bruises on them and took my son and husband to jail for no reason,” Ceidy said.
As the woman and her husband returned home, another video shows deputies asking Ceidy’s husband to get out of the vehicle before he is also taken away. custody.
The family has has since hired a lawyer who says the deputies violated their rights.
“You can see in the video that they brutally push him against the wall,” Narine Mkrtchyan, the family’s lawyer, told KTLA.
“That is unlawful retaliatory detention, a violation of the First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment and excessive force,” Mkrthyan said.
The family says they are traumatized and now want to move.
“I want justice,” Ceidy said. “They should never do this to a family, children or my children. I want justice for what they did.”

The LA County Sheriff’s Department insists they didn’t enter the wrong house.
“When the deputies arrived, they were led to an apartment where they found the door ajar. The deputies announced their presence and tried to explain the nature of the call, but the residents were uncooperative and refused to comply,” the department said in a statement.
“Contrary to the social media allegations, deputies did NOT enter the wrong location with a search warrant. In fact, they were led to the site by concerned citizens, and based on the information, deputies had a legal duty to ensure that there were no injured victims and/or suspects in the site.”
LASD said they are currently conducting an internal investigation.
