The Los Angeles Lakers’ first major decision regarding Bronny James’ career this season has been made, as he will soon split time between the G-League and the NBA.
Bronny made his NBA debut Tuesday night, coming off the bench to join father LeBron James on the court in a win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The younger James will join the Lakers on their upcoming road trip, which begins Monday and runs through Nov. 6 before splitting time in the G-League, according to ESPN.
The Lakers G-League affiliate is the South Bay Lakers, who also play their games in the Los Angeles area.
Tomorrow is the G-League Draft, with teams holding training camps until November 7. That coincides with Bronny’s upcoming move between South Bay and the NBA franchise.
