Kym Marsh shared a rarely seen photo of her lookalike sister Tracy as she celebrated her sibling’s birthday on Saturday.
The former Coronation Street star, 47, uploaded a photo of herself and Tracy to Instagram showing them cuddling for the camera.
And Kym took the opportunity to pay a heartfelt tribute to her sibling, whom she called an “incredible woman” and her “hero.”
Captioning her post, Kym wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to the best sister ever!!! @traceyjanemarsh My love you are the most incredible woman you are so strong but you don’t know how strong you are! You are so kind and loving, but the biggest bad ass B*tch I know!

Her post was met with a plethora of lovely messages from her fans wishing Tracy a happy birthday.
In addition to his older sister, Kym also has two brothers, David Marsh and John Marsh.
Kym recently parted ways with husband Scott Ratcliff, 34, after work commitments proved troublesome in the couple’s relationship.
The two married 20 months ago, but have decided to separate after a process of divorce.
A source told The Sun: ‘They both really tried to make it work but the cracks had been there for a while and they only saw each other one or two days a week at the most.
“Kym has been so busy, and last year (when she was on Strictly Come Dancing) meant even her weekends were packed with rehearsing during the week, more recently she’s been filming and rehearsing all over the place for a new theater show.”
The insider added how Army Major Scott’s work drove a wedge between him and Kym, saying: ‘Scott is stationed in a barracks down south – he has a very busy career too. Kym is also still a working mother and lives with her family in Cheshire. In the end it was the fact that they lived so far from each other that it was impossible.’

The source said the couple “had a trial separation earlier this year” and are “hoping to get things back on track,” but added that they’ve decided “it’s best to go their separate ways.”
The actress was incredibly busy rehearsing for her new role in the Take That Musical last year and her stint on Strictly Come Dancing meant even her weekends weren’t free to spend with family and friends.
Kym has also previously spoken about how Scott’s career in the army gave him a hard time, as he was in a barracks in the south while the brunette lives in Cheshire.

In January last year, two days after their October 2021 wedding, Kym revealed that Scott had been sent away for two weeks – something she ‘didn’t expect’ and labeled life as an army wife as ‘pretty grim’ due to the distance.
In addition to the stress of their distance, she admitted that the danger of his job compounded the problem, worrying about war.
She said, “There’s always fear, it’s always stressful when he leaves.
“There may not be an actual threat of war right now, but there’s always a risk when you’re in these dangerous places.”
