Kylie Minogue released a brand new single called Tension on Thursday, alongside a futuristic music video.
The singer’s 55-year-old new single Tension is a follow-up to global sensation Padam Padam which spawned her first solo UK Top 10 hit since releasing All The Lovers in 2010.
The word Padam quickly made its way into slang around the world, with calls for it to be added to the dictionary.
Tension is Kylie’s second single from her sixteenth album of the same name and will be another dancefloor hit.
The film is directed by long-time collaborator Sophie Muller and co-written with Biff Stannard and Duck Blackwell, as well as KAMOMILE, Anya Jones and Jon Green.

Kylie takes on various guises in a retro future and wears a striking red wig and sequined dress in the video.
Last month, ITV announced they will broadcast An Audience with Kylie, an unforgettable live music event hosted by global icon Kylie Minogue.
The pop superstar looks back at the highlights of her dizzying career in music and showbiz.
The show follows in the footsteps of An Audience with Adele, which aired in November 2021 to a peak of 5.4 million viewers.
The singer will perform her current hits such as chart-topping Padam Padam and a dizzying array of favorites from her award-winning back catalogue.
The show will also feature a series of questions from the audience, asked by specially invited VIP guests, including celebrity Kylie superfans.
In addition to the sensational live performances, the evening is also filled with stunning dance performances.
To take An Audience to the next level, the red carpet is rolled out for the taping on Friday, December 1 at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, with a super-sized A-list and a fan-packed audience ready to lift the roof .

The must-have tickets for the event go on sale from September 8.
