Kylie shared how she stays active by taking a long walk to “clear her head” and get away from the chaos of football season.

The mother of three daughters – Wyatt, four, Ellie, two, and Bennett, 11 months – explained that she tries to set a good example for her children by showing them that no matter how busy she is, she is always active stays.

She described her recognizable daily routine in an interview with Good food.

She said: ‘I like a bit of ‘mom shutdown’ and I get the sitter to come a little earlier in the morning.

‘Then I actually go for a long walk to clear my head. Sometimes I answer emails while I walk.”

Kylie explained that she likes her daily walks because they allow her to “take a step back” and get some “energy out.”

The mother of three noted that getting outside without her children helps her build time for herself.

“I also think it sets a good example for our girls that I exercise and make activity a part of our day,” she added.

She revealed that she always straps on her favorite pair of Asics sneakers before going for a long walk.

She introduces fans to the food she always looks forward to on game days.

“My go-to at the stadium is probably (Chickie’s and Pete’s) Crabfries. Or the braided pretzels, they are so good,” she told the outlet.

Kylie also revealed her favorite snack when she’s not at the stadium and watching Jason’s game from the comfort of her home.

She told Eating Well: ‘At home I’d probably say a tomato pie, and if you want to get more specific, a Carlino’s tomato pie – big fan. But the best way to balance out all the salty snacks is to have some Lindor truffles.

“I think the best thing about this kind of idea for adding them to your game day spread is that all the snacks you talk about for game day are usually salty or savory, so adding a little touch of chocolate happiness is perfection.” .’

The mother-of-three revealed that she refuses to cut anything out of her diet and focuses on eating her favorite foods in moderation.

Even though the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t make it to the Super Bowl this year, Kylie and Jason revealed they would still be heading to Sin City to support Kansas City tight end Chief and Jason’s brother, Travis.

Yesterday, the mother of three detailed her plans, adding that she would not be taking her children to Las Vegas.

She revealed that her three daughters will watch “Uncle Trav” from home on Sunday and that she will watch Super Bowl LVIII in person with her husband in Las Vegas.

Speak with Peoplethe mother of three admitted that some of her plans with Jason in Sin City are “still up in the air.”

One thing is certain, though: the couple’s three daughters are staying in the Philadelphia suburb of Haverford Township to cheer on Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who also happens to be their uncle.

“They’ll be home,” Kylie said of her kids, teaming up with premium chocolatier Lindt as the Swiss brand debuted its first-ever Super Bowl ad, explaining that she prefers to keep them in a safe environment, “as long as daddies don’t to play.’

“I think it’s a little controversial even during regular season games: I don’t take the girls to every game. They’re still very young,” Kylie noted. ‘A stadium with thousands of people can be overwhelming and there are three of them. It can be hectic, it’s just a lot.’

Kylie, who praised Taylor after meeting her last month, said her girls will only attend public events if it is deemed in their best interests.

‘I like to do things that bring success. The thought of traveling across the country with them (while) Jason will be super busy and putting them in perhaps a stressful environment is not ideal,” she said.
