A model named Sasha Palma has filed a $120,000 lawsuit against Kylie Jenner’s company Kylie Cosmetics, alleging she was not properly compensated by the reality star’s company for work she did three years ago.

Palma said in legal documents reviewed by TMZ that she was contracted by the cosmetics company for a pair of photoshoots in 2020, the first being in June of that year.

She said she was hired for the one-day shoot in June at a daily rate of $2,000, with the expectation of being paid the following month.

The model, which has more than 105,000 Instagram followers under the handle @sashapalmaasaid in court filings that Kylie Cosmetics was more than 30 days late in sending payment to her for services rendered.

Palma said in court documents that Kylie Cosmetics’ failure to pay the money resulted in fines worth $60,000.

Palma said she participated in another shoot for the company in August 2020 and, in a similar situation, only received the $2,000 payment after a time frame that exceeded the 30-day deadline.

She is asking the court for another $60,000 as a fine for late payment.

Palma took to Instagram in July 2020 with a post showcasing her work for the company, captioning a photo of her face, “NEW CAMPAIGN FOR #kyliecosmetics.”

A representative for Kylie Cosmetics told TMZ that the company has documented evidence that Palma was paid for both days she worked before a 45-day period after the shoots.

A Jenner insider said a possible explanation for the situation could be that Palma’s representative may not have forwarded the payment to her in a timely manner, which would absolve the company of any responsibility in the matter.

According to Palma’s Instagram, she is represented by the group DT model managementwhich only had an image of her on their Instagram on June 7.

The Jenner source told the outlet that Palma had asked to write her a letter of recommendation, but they didn’t.
