The trio seemed excited when they arrived in Perugia, the capital of the Italian region of Umbria, known for its palaces, historical monuments and chocolate.
The sighting of Kylie, Khloé and True happened just five days after Kylie celebrated her 26th birthday on August 10.
It was unclear whether Kylie’s daughter Stormi, five, and her son Aire, one, accompanied their mother on the trip with their aunt and cousin.
The 26-year-old shares both of her children with ex-boyfriend, the rapper Travis Scott.
