Kylian Mbappé: PSG expects Real Madrid to make ‘low and OFFENSIVE’ bid for striker after turning down Al Hilal’s £259m move
- PSG are not prepared to let Kylian Mbappe leave the club for free when his contract expires
- They have told him to sign a new contract at the end of July or leave this summer
- The French champion expects Real Madrid to make a “low and insulting offer”.
Paris Saint-Germain expects a ‘low and abusive’ offer from Real Madrid for Kylian Mbappé in the coming days.
The Frenchman still has 12 months left on his contract at Parc de Princes and has informed the Ligue 1 champions that he does not intend to extend his stay at the club.
Club chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi does not want to see his prized signing leave next summer for free, and gave the striker an ultimatum to sign a new contract before the end of July or accept a transfer now.
He was linked with Saudi Arabia after a world record bid of £259 million from Al-Hilal, but Mbappé refused to entertain the move.
The 24-year-old is believed to be sticking with his dream move to Real Madrid, but the Spanish giants are unable to afford PSG’s hefty asking price for the player, which is reported to be in excess of £200 million.

Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid will reportedly make a ‘low and abusive’ offer

If Real don’t come up with a bid that satisfies PSG, there is a chance Mbappé will make a shock move to the Premier League after reports he was in talks with Liverpool over a loan move.
PSG are desperate for something for their prized asset and are open to the idea of letting him go on loan next season if it means they receive compensation.
Jurgen Klopp’s side may have given the Parisians a lifeline with a one-year loan move including a high base fee.
Liverpool’s bid benefits all parties involved as it brings Mbappé out of Paris, raises money for PSG and allows the ex-Monaco star to move to Madrid next year.
Mbappe held talks with Liverpool about a possible transfer before opting to join PSG in 2018 and has always been full of praise for The Reds.
“We talked a little bit, but not too much,” he said the Telegraph last year. ‘We talked a bit. I spoke to Liverpool because it’s my mum’s favorite club, my mum loves Liverpool.
‘I don’t know why, you’ll have to ask her! It’s a good club and we met them five years ago. When I was in Monaco I met them. It’s a big club.’
