Kyle Sandilands shows off his very luxurious $5M Beverly Hills mansion as he returns to work after sparking backlash for calling in sick following huge Las Vegas wedding

Kyle Sandilands showed off his $5 million Los Angeles mansion on Thursday, giving fans a virtual tour of the sprawling Beverley Hills estate.

The 53-year-old radio host, who is currently in America with his Kyle and Jackie O show, shared a sneak peek of his luxurious home away from home on Instagram.

He confirmed that he was back at work after being absent for two days due to illness, which led to strong reactions from listeners, as he was only free after attending his colleague’s big wedding.

In the video, he welcomed his followers from his grand entryway, featuring a massive chandelier and a glass door, as he showed off the luxurious amenities of his home.

“Oh, ding dong, look who’s out of bed. Not 100% healthy,” he said, referring to the illness that has kept him off the air lately.

‘Come in. [I’m] good enough to do the show today. Welcome to our Beverly Hills residency.’

The camera then panned across the large living room, which guests enter through the entryway, before Kyle showed off the stunning views of the city from the pool.

“Normally you can see the Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles area from there, but the sea level is still pretty thick,” he said, pointing to the fog that was blocking the view.

Kyle then led viewers around a spacious foyer lounge, poker room, bar and ‘boys’ area, which was filled with white and cream designer furniture.

A small toy tricycle can be seen near the bar, likely used by Kyle’s two-year-old son Otto, whom he shares with his wife Tegan (née Kynaston).

“I’m taking you to Jackie’s studio,” Kyle said as he led the camera through a dining room and past a luxury pool filled with inflatable pool accessories.

In a humorous moment, Kyle pointed to a wet diaper lying by his pool and said, “That’s bad motherhood. Not bad fatherhood.”

Kyle then headed to his temporary home studio, where co-star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and newscaster Brooklyn Ross were waiting for him with his son.

The multi-million dollar mansion, where Kyle often lives when he visits America, is located in the same neighborhood as the Playboy mansion.

The house has six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Kyle once said it was “five doors down” from the house where pop star Michael Jackson died.

The impromptu tour came after Kyle received a lot of criticism from Kyle and Jackie O. listeners when he called in sick after a big wedding in Las Vegas.

Fans were outraged by the radio star when the show aired pre-recorded content and reruns after promising live shows from LA.

“This is a joke! Did I miss something? I thought they were live from LA this week. I’m so done with these reruns,” someone fumed on Instagram.

“It was a rerun,” someone else said of Monday’s show, while another complained that it was “not live.”

Kyle and Jackie O’s show aired from Las Vegas on Monday following their appearance at the iHeart Music Festival, but things took a turn on Tuesday.

When the team arrived in Los Angeles, fans noticed that the show had been recorded and only Brooklyn could watch live after his Las Vegas wedding to his partner Damien Dirienzo.

Kyle was absent again on Wednesday, but Jackie, 49, returned with former NRL star Cooper Johns as her co-host.

She revealed they were broadcasting from Kyle’s Beverley Hills home, but said: ‘Kyle is sick. He was sick yesterday and he’s still sick today.

‘We are in his house, which is strange because we are here, but he is in the bedroom.

She added: ‘It was a really bad time yesterday because it just happened when Brooklyn and Damien got married in Vegas.

“And then, oh, all of a sudden we’re not there the next day. That wasn’t the case. We just flew to LA and we all went to bed really early.”

Kyle returned to the show Thursday morning, live with Jackie.
