During a morning show, the hosts discussed Meghan Trainor, who recently revealed that the key to self-love is standing naked in front of the mirror for five minutes every day to appreciate what she sees.
And on Monday, Kyle Sandilands tested Trainor’s method live on the radio in a studio bathroom.
Kyle was unimpressed with the result, saying, “I don’t do this every day – this is what losers do… I’m getting dressed. I’m coming back.”
KIIS FM’s social media team shared a selfie Kyle took during the trial, which shows the radio presenter’s bare torso.
The caption on the post read: “Kyle is living his self-love era.”
