Kyle Sandilands has revealed his wife Tegan’s aunt was among the victims stabbed in the Bondi Junction knife attack.
The radio host, 52, revealed on Kyle and Jackie O’s show on Monday that the family member named Yvonne was stabbed in the shoulder near the Chanel boutique.
‘He [Bondi Beach lifeguard Andy Reid] He said he could see our family member who was stabbed lying on the ground,” Kyle explained.
Andy had been in Myer and the shutters were closed when he saw Yvonne on the ground.
Without hesitation, the brave father of three asked to be let out so he could administer first aid.

“He told them to let him out of Myer because if he doesn’t get her, she’s going to die,” Kyle continued.
“So they released him and he ran to help until the ambulance arrived.”
Police were called to the Westfield shopping center in Sydney’s Bondi Junction after reports a man stabbed shoppers with a knife at 3.30pm on Saturday.
Witnesses say knifeman Joel Cauchi chased and slashed shoppers as he went on a wild rampage, killing six people and injuring seven, including a baby.
He was eventually shot dead by the police.

Among the dead was Sydney mother Ash Good, 38, who threw her injured nine-month-old baby at a bystander in an attempt to save her life.
The baby is undergoing surgery and it is believed the two were the first to be targeted by the attacker.
A heroic police officer, NSW Police Inspector Amy Scott, single-handedly confronted and shot Cauchi dead during his rampage.
