Kyle Sandilands' ex Imogen Anthony responds to backlash for sharing 'triggering' images of her husband holding a knife to her throat: 'I don't care about pleasing anyone'

Kyle Sandilands' ex-girlfriend Imogen Anthony has hit backlash after she shared disturbing images of her and her husband Harley Jones during their New Year's Eve celebrations.

In photos posted to Instagram on Tuesday, Imogen, 32, was seen snuggling up to her husband as he held a knife to her throat.

The post sparked immediate reactions, prompting Anthony to respond.

In a statement on Wednesday, she said: 'It was a fancy dress party… If you find this offensive or triggering I apologize but it's really not my problem nor can you please everyone and honestly I do enough and care zero about pleasing anyone.

'You can't do anything anymore and that's why I hate people. But I still wish you the best.'

In the photos and video, Imogen wore a fringed micro-mini with a matching top while holding a faux fur animal skin of some description.

She was seen grabbing her partner's hair and going in for a passionate kiss as the two ran around an empty circus tent.

Throughout the clip, Harley was seen holding a knife to her throat.

Imogen married Harley in November 2022 in Las Vegas.

She and her ex-boyfriend Kyle were together for eight years, but he never popped the question to the former model.

The media titan announced his shocking split from the Big Brother VIP star on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in November 2019.

Imogen previously made headlines when she spoke about the importance of living life on her own terms, before saying she has no hard feelings towards anyone.

“My life is about making it special, living without any control from others, doing and being as I want, without any bad intentions,” she said.

She also seemingly alluded to the lack of appreciation she received from Sandilands during their previous relationship, writing, “It's not my fault if someone didn't know how to treat or appreciate something while they had it.”
