Imogen Anthony has lashed out at critics after revealing her recent pregnancy announcement was a Halloween prank involving a prosthetic baby bump.
The model, 32, took to Instagram on Sunday to address the backlash, urging her detractors to “joke” and refocus their energy on more pressing global issues.
‘Listen, I’m sorry if I offended or triggered anyone, but after all I stand for and represent, if you decide you have a problem with this now, I’ll take back the f**ks I gave, she began, clearly unapologetic about her fake pregnancy stunt.
‘Say that electric cars are just as bad as regular cars. Don’t care if thousands of tons of nuclear waste end up in the ocean.
Imogen went on to emphasize the importance of focusing on critical global issues, including conflicts such as the Palestinian-Israeli situation and the well-being of children.

It comes after Imogen sent her followers into a frenzy on Thursday after she shared a photo of what appeared to be her pregnant belly.

Imogen has since clarified that she used a prosthetic baby bump as part of a costume.
“I’m sorry, I’m not really pregnant,” she told her followers on Saturday.
“I just want to dress up as a certain pregnant woman tonight since my other Halloween outfit didn’t arrive.”
In the video, the model removed the fake belly to reveal her real bump.
The star apologized for fooling her fans: “Sorry to disappoint, I thought it looked fake and everyone was so excited.”

Imogen sparked rumors she is expecting her first child with husband Harley Jones on Thursday.
Dressed in a minimalist white top and jeans, Imogen gave followers an intimate glimpse of her pronounced midriff.
Imogen then shared images of her bump from a different angle on her Instagram stories.
Imogen married Harley in Las Vegas last November.
She and her ex-boyfriend Kyle were together for eight years, but he never popped the question to the former model.

‘We haven’t been together for a few months now. Unfortunately, it has run its course,” he said.
Kyle started dating Tegan Kynaston after his split from Imogen and they tied the knot last month.
Kyle and Tegan welcomed son Otto in August and after the birth he declared on his KIIS FM radio show that he and Tegan were in a ‘love bubble’.
The couple married on April 29 in a lavish multimillion-dollar ceremony at Swifts, a $60 million-plus heritage mansion located in Darling Point, located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
Imogen previously made headlines when she spoke about the importance of living life on her own terms, before saying she has no hard feelings towards anyone.
“My life is about making it special, living without any control from others, doing and being as I want, without any bad intentions,” she said.
She also seemingly alluded to the lack of appreciation she received from Sandilands during their previous relationship, writing, “It’s not my fault if someone didn’t know how to treat or appreciate something while they had it.”
Her post ended with Anthony asking others to “leave her out of the situation,” saying, “If anyone else is willing to settle, that’s on them. Not me. So leave me out of this.’
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Imogen for comment.
