Kyle Sandilands and Tegan Kynaston make a surprise family announcement ahead of their wedding

Kyle Sandilands and his fiancee Tegan Kynaston have made a surprise family announcement just weeks before their lavish wedding.

The happy couple welcomed their first child – son Otto – last August and now they have decided to expand their family.

But Otto isn’t getting a sibling just yet, as Kyle, 51, and Tegan, 37, have announced that the newest member of their family is a puppy named Wolf.

The outspoken radio presenter fell in love with the little gray puppy on Wednesday at the Sydney Royal Easter Show and decided to adopt him.

In a video posted to Kyle and Jackie O’s Instagram page, the father of one is seen doting on the cute pooch.

‘[This is] Wolfie, have you ever seen a more beautiful dog?’ he said, petting his new family member.

“He’s very calm.”

The pair already have a few dogs, but Kyle said this is their first male dog, so he will bond with him.

This comes just weeks before the couple tie the knot on April 29.

The radio king recently admitted that he has already spent a fortune on the extravagant wedding.

“I spent $150,000 on flowers and $100,000 on catering. I didn’t realize how much it costs to make napkins with your own decal,” he said on Kyle and Jackie O’s show last month.

“We already have $250,000 and we only have flowers and food.”

Kyle added that while he had managed to book free musicians to perform at his wedding, he still had to pay for their travel expenses.

“For the gigs I have to fly the drummer and guitarist from Melbourne, they need transport to and from the airport and an overnight stay,” he said.

His co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 48, was stunned by the hefty price tag and admitted her entire wedding only cost $80,000.

The couple has invited 130 people to the wedding, including A-Listers such as singer Guy Sebastian and Samantha Jade from The X Factor.
