In the new stills, the mermaid sports a mauve Alo crop top and leggings as she is seen at her home gym as she says she was working out early Monday morning before heading to Disneyland.

On her feet were sneakers that had colors of grey, yellow, black, and hot pink. And she had a black watch on her wrist.

Kyle’s long brown hair was worn down with some long strands hanging around his face as he flaunted what looked like a very slim waist.

Richards is a fan of weight machines and leg machines.

And she has said in the past that she works out every day no matter what, since she likes to get that burning sensation after a session of heavy sweating.

This comes after she’s been looking noticeably thinner in recent months.

At first, Kathy Hilton’s 54-year-old sister was accused of taking the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

But on Tuesday, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, who shared a stunning gym selfie last week, said there’s another reason she’s shed pounds.

Kyle has not taken well to the claims that he is taking Ozempic.

Working out: Richards shared a photo on her Instagram stories working out in her home gym last week

Richards told Dailymail.com that he found it frustrating to see his hard work thrown out as a result of a ‘cheat drug’.

“When people try to blame my appearance on surgery or Ozempic, which would be completely irresponsible to use when diabetics can’t get their hands on it, it’s really frustrating for me,” Kyle explained.

‘It bothers me. I prefer to just inspire people with what I’m doing so they can try the same things I’ve been doing and see what happens for them.’

Last week she was seen in her gym.

Kyle rocked a matching gray workout outfit complete with a v-neck sports bra and high-waisted leggings.

She had brown hair tied up in a ponytail and a black baseball cap on her head. The actress also wore a pair of gray and orange sneakers with a black Apple Watch.

For the photo, he flexed his toned arms and tight abs. She wrote in the post: “Ok Monday… let’s do this.”

Ozempic is a brand name anti-diabetic medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes.

The drug, under the brand name Wegovy, is an anti-obesity drug for long-term weight control.

The Little House on the Prairie actress then reflected on the lifestyle changes she’s made to achieve her toned figure.

“I noticed a big change when I eliminated alcohol, sugar and carbohydrates from my diet. I was only going to do it for a few weeks until I got to where I wanted to be weight-wise.

‘I didn’t put a timeline on it. I felt amazing and thought, ‘I don’t feel like going back. I started taking it to the next level by exercising two hours a day. I really work hard to eat right and take care of my body, and I feel like it shows.’

She also talked about the fan reactions to her weight loss process. “There have been trolls, but I went into my DMs and I was inundated with people explaining how I’ve been an inspiration to them. People are really following my lead by cutting out sugar and carbs or doing my exercises.’
