Kyle Richards, 54, explains HOW she stays so skinny after denying she uses weight loss drug Ozempic

Kyle Richards, 54, showed off her exceptionally lean figure in a few workout selfies she shared on her social media on Sunday.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a photo of herself in a black bra and black leggings with her brunette locks pulled up in a bun.

She captioned the shot: “1 hour alternating walking on a 10% incline at 3.5 mph and flat walking at 6 mph. Now abs & arms.’

She tagged her trainer @corygfitness in the post and added a “hello Sunday” image to the post.

The beauty has previously denied claims that she used the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to gain her lean figure.

The reality star took the photo in her bathroom and also shared one of her on the treadmill and one of the stats from her completed gym session.

Kyle has shared snaps of herself in the tiny home gym in the past enjoying fitness routines.

The TV personality has recently cracked down on rumors claiming that she is taking the drug Ozempic for weight loss.

The drug is usually prescribed to individuals who have type 2 diabetes and need to improve their blood sugar levels.

In 2021, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved Ozempic for use by individuals suffering from generalized obesity.

Richards spoke out against the “frustrating” rumors last February, telling Page six at the time: ‘I had never heard of it.’

“I had heard about it when they charged me, but I had already lost weight by the time I heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating for me,” she explained to the outlet.

The star continued, “What I don’t want to lose in this is that I want to be able to inspire people.”

Kyle said her slimmer figure was simply due to a healthier lifestyle and sobriety.

“I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs…so I’d rather be inspirational than people make up stories about me,” adding that she passes the gym, ” every day for two hours.’

The reality star adamantly stated, “I’ve never tried Ozempic, none of those diet drugs and hearing that diabetics can’t even get their hands on it, it would be extremely irresponsible to do so, so it’s extra insulting to me.”

Later last month, Kyle defended herself again when Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, Melissa Gorga, accused Richards of taking the medication to achieve her slim frame.

In the comments section of an Instagram post, the star, who is currently married to real estate agent Mauricio Umansky, 52, clapped back at a social media user who claimed she was on the drug, while also saying a Real Housewives star “told her, per page six.

“This is not true,” she said simply, adding, “MY housewives never said such a thing.” Another housewife from another franchise, also known as Melissa, said she assumed I was, but then sent me an apology.”

Melissa Gorga had called out Kyle for taking Ozempic on a performance on Jeff Lewis Live from Sirius XM in January.

However, she later explained that after Richards publicly criticized the rumors, she took back what she originally said about the fellow reality star.
